GOOGLE CLASSROOM IN INDONESIAN EFL CLASSES: VOICES FROM HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

The study was conducted to investigate the extent which Google Classroom (GC) used in English as Foreign Language (EFL) instruction at high school level well teachers' and students' views on use of GC for instruction. employed a qualitative design involving observations interviews methods data collection. Three classes private Indonesia were observed. teachers observed six randomly selected students interviewed. interview results analyzed using Thematic Analysis. found that by upload assignments, monitor progress, make class announcements. Regarding teacher student participants' Classroom, three themes. First, features easy use. Second, facilitated more organized collection assignments learning materials. Third, had several limitations including difficulty large files, unorganized notifications, limited feature allowing instant messaging. From findings, pedagogical implications possible are stated along with suggested directions further relevant studies.
